UPDATE 22nd April, 2020: Our Cafe has now re-opened with further safety precautions now in place to protect our customers and staff. Our cooking school remains closed for now.
Like many businesses, Heart of Hall has been greatly affected by the COVID-19 virus spreading around the globe.
All classes scheduled to run before May 11th 2020 have already been cancelled. Everyone enrolled has been contacted with the options available to them. We will continue evaluating the viability of each class as it approaches and will be in touch with individual customers as necessary. We are providing flexibility with our class bookings and all the terms and conditions can be found here.
CAFÉ - UPDATE 22/4/20 - CAFE IS NOW OPEN
Our café is temporarily closed (until further notice). Initially, our café adapted well to the situation that quickly evolved when the threat of COVID-19 to our community increased. Our already excellent hygiene systems were reviewed and even further improved, we followed government guidelines to reduce, and then eventually remove tables to operate as a take-away only venue. During this time, our staff worked extra hard to ensure hygiene standards were above and beyond those expected. However, at this point it is no longer viable for the café to remain open. Customer and staff safety is our highest priority and this became difficult to guarantee as the Government rules imposed more and more restrictions. The decision was made to close on March 27th,2020. We are so grateful to our hard-working staff for their resilience and the wonderful support from our customers. We look forward to opening again in the not so distant future.
At Heart of Hall fabulous coffee is a priority. So we have made it our business to choose a fabulous, local coffee roaster as well as find baristas who know and love their craft!
I know you are wondering what we actually do to make sure that every cup of coffee is so good? Here’s our secret...
