Not all Asian food is a quick flash in the pan.  Winter days call for slow cooking and our Lemongrass and Chilli Beef Short Ribs will fill your home with warm, rich aromas.  Perfect for an afternoon of home cooking with the fire lit and a glass of red as you go.

Our Asian Fusion cooking class explores the traditional flavours of Asian food with a modern, Western twist.  In this three hour class we use the magic of “something we prepared earlier” and guide you step by step through the process of creating this exciting dinner - we will even manage to make ice-cream from scratch.

Enjoy a night with friends exploring a myriad of spices and fresh, fragrant ingredients and learn the techniques to creating deep traditional Asian flavours, changing the way you cook.
