In this cooking class, you will learn to brush up your knife skills with one of our highly skilled chefs. 

This 3 hour hands on cooking class will show you how to dice, slice, chiffonade, zest, fillet and much more!

With lots of practice taking place in the class our chef will guide you through the simple techniques to make your life easier in the kitchen. We will use the fruits of your labour to create a delicious three course meal:

- Classic Italian bruschetta on a homemade focaccia and balsamic reduction - 

- Bouillabaisse (traditional fish stew) - 

- Apple tart tatin - 

Classes are $130 per person and includes:

  • Hands-on class and communal dinner with dessert.
  • All recipes from the class.
  • Welcome glass of wine, beer or soft drink.
  • Ongoing access to our private Heart of Hall Facebook page.
