This 3 hour hands on cooking class will show you how to dice, slice, chiffonade, zest, fillet and much more!
With lots of practice taking place in the class our chef will guide you through the simple techniques to make your life easier in the kitchen. We will use the fruits of your labour to create a delicious three course meal:
- Classic Italian bruschetta on a homemade focaccia and balsamic reduction -
- Bouillabaisse (traditional fish stew) -
- Apple tart tatin -
