In this demonstration style class we’ll start by understanding what makes great soup. You will learn how to make potato and leek soup served with sourdough croutons.
Then take a journey to the streets of Hungary to learn how to make a rich beef goulash spiced with sweet paprika.
Finally we’ll finish with a Tarte Tatin and Chantilly cream.
