Learn how to make beautiful fresh pasta from two simple ingredients, egg and flour. Then turn your pasta sheets into beautiful filled raviolis and tortellini as well as making basic shapes such as Pappardelle, Farfalle, Garganelli and Gnocchetti.
This 3 hour hands on cooking class will show you how to make lavish comfort food from an egg and flour, before Heart of Hall's cooking school instructor, Chef Kate demonstrates a variety of sauces and fillings to accompany your pasta shapes.
In this class you will learn how to use an Atlas Pasta Machine to make spaghetti, lasagne sheets and fettuccine and using a gnocchi board to make multiple shapes.
With a welcome glass of wine and apron in hand (both provided by Heart of Hall) is all you need to master this class.
Classes are $130 per person and includes:
