In this quick Thursday night, one and half hour class we will be making a delicious laksa paste, to then transform into our slurpee bowl of Malaysian prawn noodle soup.
Chef Kate will teach you some tricks and tips on how to create intense flavour and how to make preparation easy for yourself, as you crush and grind your herbs and spices. You will turn the paste into a steaming bowl of soup in a few simple steps.
This class is hands on and includes a delicious bowl of Laksa and recipes to take home on the night.
