Locally sourced, fresh and abundant seafood are the heroes in this cooking class.  You will learn just how easy it is to prepare a selection of fish that will result in a seafood platter to impress the whole family!

You will master the preparation of battering prawns, learn how to grill and prepare scallops, poach fresh salmon and much more! 

Bring a notepad as there will be an abundance of tips, tricks and trade secrets to make your life easier! 

Enjoy a crisp glass of wine as our chef talks you through the catch of the day that you will get to prepare!

- Poached Salmon with a Dill Potato Salad - 

- Coconut Prawn Tempura with a Sweet Paprika Aioli - 

- Citrus Butter Scallops with Brioche Crust - 

- Triple Cooked Chips, Beer Battered Whiting and Homemade  Tartar Sauce - 

- Crisp Fish Cakes with Rocket Salad and Balsamic Reduction -
