In this hands on cooking class we’ll start by understanding what makes great soup. You will learn how to make a Thai roast pumpkin soup served with sourdough croutons and chilli oil.
Then take a journey to the streets of Hungary to learn how to make a rich beef goulash spiced with sweet paprika. You'll learn how to create the perfect mashed potato and saffron rice to accompany the main course.
We will leave the one dish tiramasu dessert to our cooking school chef to demonstrate while you sample some of your delicious creations!
