In this hands-on cooking class our qualified pastry chef will guide you through the making of all the components of three spectacular tiers of sweet and savoury treats. Along the way, you will learn the technical skills required in making choux pastry, creme patisserie, homemade focaccia, chocolate truffles, shortbread, scones and macarons!
