Heart of Hall are delighted to introduce a night of chatting, cooking and exploring Vietnamese foods and culture with one of our resident chef instructors.
Vietnamese food is known to celebrate fresh and flavoursome ingredients and we will do just this! Learn how to make Vietnamese style pancakes and spring rolls, dipping sauces, chicken satay and bao buns.
Classes are $130 per person and includes:
- 3 hour hands on cooking class
- Glass of beer/wine on arrival
- Communal dinner
- Recipes from the class to take home
