Working in groups, you will get your hands in and make a dough for your steamed pork dumplings. Chef Kate will demonstrate some of the fillings, and talk you through the accompanying sauces and garnishes.
You will fill the dumplings in your small groups, and learn how to fold each style of dumpling. Finish the night with a feast of savoury and sweet dumplings.
