In this class you'll learn to easily create an impressive and stunning French menu for the special people in your life.
The class will be lead by the acclaimed French Chef Gabriel Martin and Pâtissier Alex Charasse. Gabriel and Alex are now Melbourne based and have worked in many fabulous restaurants including 3 Michelin Star establishments in France.
This hands on class is both entertaining and educational as you learn the techniques of fusion flavours using duck and seasonal fruits, creating traditional French sauces as well as uncovering the mystery of the souffle.
Throughout the night you will share in a three course meal which will conclude with dessert (actually three perfect souffle's to be précis).
Classes are $165 per person and include a welcome glass of French Champagne, communal three course meal, one on one time with Gabriel & Alex and ongoing access to our private Heart of Hall online chat room.
