In this class you will master the Bechamel Sauce, roasting lamb rum, cooking legumes with wine and aromatics and making a sweet batter from flour, eggs, sugar and milk. Once mastering these basic cookery techniques, your repertoire will expand quickly.
Our Bastille Day cooking class is very hands on and includes a three course sit down meal and a glass of complimentary wine.
