A Bastille Day cooking class really isn't complete without a souffle starring on the menu.  This light and puffy classical French dish can be made as either sweet or savoury and this time we will set out to master the savoury cheese souffle.

Join us as we celebrate French Provincial cooking with Chef Brett as he leads you through a very French winter menu.  

In this class you will master the Bechamel Sauce, roasting lamb rum, cooking legumes with wine and aromatics and making a sweet batter from flour, eggs, sugar and milk.  Once mastering these basic cookery techniques, your repertoire will expand quickly.

Our Bastille Day cooking class is very hands on and includes a three course sit down meal and a glass of complimentary wine.
