Ever wondered how to make your own bread? Let us show you exactly how easy it is! This hands on class will focus on all elements of bread making from mixing to kneading and from knocking back to proving and everything in between.
Everyone in the class will create their own party loaf to take home as well as the knowledge and confidence to bake up a (bread) storm in the kitchen!
As well as standard white breads we will also look at creating sourdough, brown wholemeal varieties, focaccia and pizza dough. Will we look at the traditional method of kneading as well as looking at machines that may make the process a little easier.
You will finish the night of by sampling the bread prepared, homemade dips and a vegetarian pizza fresh from the oven. Paired with a glass of wine, what could be a better Tuesday night activity!
Classes are $130 per person and includes:
