Do you have a cast iron french oven or skillet just collecting dust? Not sure how to use it to its full potential? In this class we will discuss and learn about all the benefits of cooking with cast iron, and give you a new appreciation of the family heirloom.

This class will inspire you to use your cast iron for almost everything you love to cook, and get your full use of these lifetime pieces.  

In this cooking class we will also discuss cleaning and caring for your cast iron to preserve its longevity.

Classes are $130 per person and include:
  • a glass of wine on arrival,
  • 3 hour hands on cooking class (Mains are demonstration style and dessert will be made by students)
  • 15% discount on cast iron products purchased on the night
