In this cooking class Chef Conor will discuss tempering chocolate before you make praline truffles and mixed mediants, which you will box up and take home to enjoy.
This 3 hour hands on chocolate making class is suitable for adults as well as teens and includes:
- All of the recipes and notes from our resident pastry chef
- A grazing board to snack on during the class
- Glass of Prosecco or beverage of your choice on arrival
