In this demonstration style cooking class, Chef Conor will guide you through the making of all components of three spectacular desserts, before creatively plating them for you to enjoy! Along the way, you will learn the technical skills required in making toffee, ice cream, ganache and crema Catalana as well as discussing flavour balance and visual plating.
