In this Sri Lankan themed feast you will learn all about Sri Lankan spices, and all the different cultures influencing this small island's food scene.
In pairs you will make your own fish curry, creating the paste from scratch, before having a go at shaping roti breads. Chef Conor will demonstrate a deliciously simple dahl, the essential coconut sambol and a trick to get fragrant fluffy rice every time.
You will sit and enjoy your food ‘feast style’ before finishing the night with Watalappan, otherwise known as coconut custard pudding.
