Get your hands in and make a dough for your steamed pork dumplings as Chef Kate demonstrates some of the fillings, and talk you through the accompanying sauces and garnishes.
In small groups you will fill and learn how to fold each style of dumpling. Finish the afternoon with a feast of savoury and sweet dumplings.
This class is suitable for the budding young chef and is recommended for children between 11 - 16. Classes are $75 per person.
