In this fun hands-on cooking class you will make a range of chocolate treats including chocolate eggs, truffles and mediants. You can gift them to your loved ones – or keep them all to yourself.
Throughout the day you will learn techniques of heating and working with chocolate at various temperatures as well as having the opportunity to nibble your way through the day.
Chef Kate, will teach you the techniques required to replicate this experience in your own kitchen. At the end of the day you will take the egg moulds home with you so that you can continue to reproduce your eggs for family and friends this Easter.
Light snacks will be provided on the day, as well as a complimentary glass of prosecco or soft drink.
