With Summer just on the horizon, we turn to fish. 

There are so many delicious ways to introduce fish into our diets and knowing how to pick and prepare your fish with confidence will mean less trips to the fish and chip shop and more time chatting with your friendly fishmonger.

In this hands on cooking class you will learn how to pick the best fish at the markets, fillet and then prepare the fish three different ways.

In this class everyone will fillet their own fish!

Chef Kate will demonstrate a variety of flavour packed ways to cook your filleted fish, then you will sit and enjoy with fellow cooks.
