Introduction to Fermentation Workshop

Preserving foods is a life skill that has been passed down from generation to generation.  These are the skills that Heart of Hall doesn't want our communities to loose.  Fermentation is popular yet again.  This is because of the incredible health benefits that come with including these probiotics in our diets.

This Introduction to Fermentation Workshop will be lead by gut health coach, Briony Kean and will cover:

  1. Probiotic Coconut Yoghurt
  2. Preserved Lemons (which are in surplus at the end of winter)
  3. Dill Pickles / Fermented mixed veg
  4. Fermented Honey and Garlic
  5. Kimchi

This is a 3 hour workshop and includes a glass of wine, nibbles and a wealth of knowledge shared by Briony Kean as well as taking home any fermented products that you make on the night.
