This class focuses on fresh and delicious Japanese food including a miso soup, a mouth watering teriyaki sauce to pair with salmon as well as the art of sushi making. 

This is a hands on class where our resident culinary instructors will guide you on how  to perfect these classic Japanese dishes. 

You will also get the chance to sample all of your creations that can be paired with a cold glass of the beer and wine!
