Join Aprille McMahon as she introduces you to the art of making Kefir and Sauerkraut. In this educational, hands-on class, you will discuss the benefits to your gut health and learn how this age old method of preserving food locks in the healthy enzymes and probiotics - as well as the flavour!
This class includes a take home Kefir Kit valued at $24.95 which includes culture to make up to 6 litres of kefir and comes with stainless steel mixing ball, cheese cloth, 1 litre glass jar and instructions.
Classes are $120 per person and includes:
