In this skill based hands-on cooking class you will learn techniques for the perfect chop, slice and dice. Cut down your prep time in the kitchen and learn how to present beautiful, mouth-watering food.  

You will be able to hone your skills whilst preparing all the ingredients for your three course feast, and have the chance to ask Chef Kate all your kitchen questions. In this cooking class, we will provide the tools and knives required for each student and kept the class small, to ensure you leave with correct technique. 

You will discuss knife care and maintenance to ensure a sharp knife every time as well as safe handling.

In this three hour cooking class you will prepare a Mexican feast of all in slaw, spicy pulled chicken tortillas with pickled daikon, carrots and salsa and tequila pineapple straws with basil and mint sugar.

Classes are $115 per person and includes:

  • Welcome glass of wine,
  • Hands-on class and communal dinner,
