This Mediterranean Masterclass will focus on how to make fresh and flavoursome food from the Mediterranean with a special focus on Chef Conor's favourite greek dishes!

To start the evening with a mouth watering bang, you will be served crispy Saganaki on fresh sourdough with tapaenade, paired with a Spritz Aperol to satisfy your thirst.

The main focus of the night will be a Moussaka, which you will make from scratch using only the freshest local ingredients. 

Of course the evening isn't complete without something sweet...cherry clafoutis served with a zesty lemon curd (this dish is a definite crowd pleaser).

 

This is a three hour hands on class and includes a menu of:

Spritz Aperol
Fried Saganaki
Tirokafteri
Souvlaki Meats
Moussaka 
Greek Salad
Clafoutis & Lemon Curd
