In this cooking class, you will learn how to make fresh egg pasta and hand shape it into Pappardelle, Farfalle, Garganelli and Gnocchetti.
This 3 hour hands on cooking class will show you how to make lavish comfort food from an egg and flour, before Heart of Hall's cooking school instructor, Chef Kate demonstrates a variety of sauces to accompany your pasta shapes.
With a welcome glass of wine and apron in hand (both provided by Heart of Hall) is all you need to master this class.
Classes are $105 per person and includes:
