Our patisserie cooking class will teach you techniques in creating the perfect array of sweet treats!

In this fun hands on cooking class our qualified pastry chef will guide you through the making of a selection of simple and complex sweet treats. You will learn the technical skills required in making choux pastry, short crust pastry, creme patisserie, tempering chocolate,  truffles, meringue and much more!

- Miniature lemon meringue pies -
- Pistachio praline chocolate truffles -
- Eclairs with a white chocolate creme patisserie -
- Traditional Victoria sponge with a homemade rosewater and raspberry jam - 


Classes are $135 per person

  • Opportunity to get all your pastry queries answered,

  • 3 hr cook along class with a professional chef

  • Complimentary glass of beer, wine or soft drink on arrival
