On this Saturday afternoon, in the midst of winter, you will learn the fundamentals of pies and what makes one a 'perfect' meal or dessert.
Chef Kate will demonstrate 2 different pie shells, before turning one into a savoury pie and the other into a decadent triple chocolate and pistachio praline pie.
You will make your own pastry for the Apple and Rhubarb Lattice Pie, form the pie, with some creativity and then take your pie home to bake.
