Who said salad is only an accompaniment? Make the humble salad the star of any back yard bbq by upgrading your flavour building techniques, learning the secrets to some fantastic dressings (worthy of mastering) and a lesson in food styling and presentation. 

This hands on cooking class will conclude with a feast of salads, a generous portion of smoky brisket (don't forget to take home your brisket rub) and top the night off with an impressive triple chocolate no bake pie.

Let us show you some techniques we use to take they humble bbq from a sausage in bread to a spread worthy or it's own Instagram page.

Three potato salad with chipotle and lime aioli,
Roasted beet salad, with ashed goats cheese, candied walnuts and pomegranate dressing,
Fully packed Isreali Couscous and vegetable salad,
Smoky Beef Brisket,
 Triple Chocolate Oreo and Pistachio Praline no bake pie.
