Our Decadent Desserts cooking class will teach you techniques in both creating and plating spectacular desserts.  If you have a sweet tooth or are wanting to impress your dinner guests, then this is the class for you!

In this hands on cooking class, Chef Kate will guide you through the making of all components of three spectacular desserts, before you creatively plate and then enjoy your creations. Along the way, you will learn the technical skills required in making toffee, ice cream, ganache and brûlée as well as discussing flavour balance and visual plating.

Chocolate Ganache with Hazelnut Praline and Salted Caramel Sauce, 
Matcha Ice Cream with Black Sesame Tuiles and, 
Lavender Creme Brulee


This will certainly be a night to remember.

Classes are $115 per person and include:

  • 3 hour hands on cooking class,
  • A savoury tasting plate,
  • recipes to all three desserts,
  • Complementary glass of presseco with your sweets.
