In this hands on cooking class, Chef Kate will guide you through the making of all components of three spectacular desserts, before you creatively plate and then enjoy your creations. Along the way, you will learn the technical skills required in making toffee, ice cream, ganache and brûlée as well as discussing flavour balance and visual plating.
