In pairs you will make your own fish curry, creating the paste from scratch, before having a go at shaping rotti breads. Chef Kate will demonstrate a deliciously simple dahl, the essential coconut sambol and a trick to get fragrant fluffy rice every time.
You will sit and enjoy your food ‘feast style’ before finishing the night with Watalappan, otherwise known as coconut custard pudding.
