Locally sourced, fresh and abundant seafood are the heroes in this cooking class.  With Chef Kate heading down to Gem Pier in Williamstown to visit one of the Wests most popular seafood provider - your seafood and fish will be hand picked for this class.

Throughout the night you and your partner will build your own seafood platter extravaganza, so if you love seafood, but are too scared to prepare it yourself, then this is the class for you.

You will master the preparation of calamari, battering prawns and how to shuck and clean scallops, even the baking of a whole fish!

This class is $150 per person and includes a three course meal, along with an ice cold beer or wine on arrival and access to our private online Facebook group.
