Locally sourced, fresh and abundant seafood are the heroes in this online cooking class.  You will learn just how easy it is to prepare a selection of fish that will result in a seafood platter to impress the whole family!

You will master the preparation of battering prawns, learn how to grill and prepare scallops, poach fresh salmon and much more! 

This class is $50 per login - simply watch the demonstration or cookalong with our friendly chef. Bring a notepad as there will be an abundance of tips, tricks and trade secrets to make your life easier!
